All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. This excludes the time taken to confirm payment and/or for custom or out of stock/ backordered items. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each product is carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available for those requiring faster delivery. The estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the selected shipping method. We may offer promotions on free shipping over a certain spend amount during periodic times of the year. However these promotions are subject to change at the descretion of Scout & Skein, LLC. We strive to provide competitive rates and transparency in our pricing structure. Customers will be informed of the shipping costs before finalizing their orders.
